A Retraction of Sorts

Dear readers, if you read the post I published two days ago, you will know what I am talking about, if not, than this is irrelevant. For a number of reasons I have decided to take it down; though I am saving it, I don’t think it was appropriate to have posted on here (so if for some reason you're curious to see it, whether for the first or second time, just ask and I'll oblige you through a more private channel). As I have stated a few times before, lots of the stuff I write on here is the direct result of anger I'm feeling about some issue that I want to attack and explain coherently. For weeks, months really, my frustration about not getting anything done had been building up until it boiled over the edge two nights ago. I just needed to do something. First I turned here, and while normally I would have just tried to follow through on an old draft I had started, for the first time in recent memory, years truthfully, I didn't have any old drafts unfinished. So, with nowhere else to turn, I just decided to write about what was on my mind right then. I was driven and I was very upset, perhaps the weakest state I've been in when writing, and the words just flowed right out. They always say you should write the angry letter and then hide it away though, and while writing it was extremely therapeutic, it wasn't necessary to share it with the world (and by world I mean the four of you or so that read this).

Upon rereading it, I still stick by the majority of what I said, circuitous as it was. The part that specifically bothers me though is what I said about my roommates. I thought I was being impartial, but my vision was clouded by what had happened most recently. At least 80% of my shortcomings are my own fault, but that was hard for me to see at the time, and the judgements I made about them, whether or not they may be true, were uncalled for and arrogant. While their lack of resolve may frustrate me, who is to say I know any better? If anything I should subtley try and encourage them, not just complain about them behind their backs. I thought I had already traveled that road, and you'd think after the fiasco I had on here during high school that I would have learned to have more reserve when publishing posts. Well, I'm not perfect and I can't promise something like that won't happen again, but I hope you decide to stick with me through the good, the bad, and the ugly. I do care deeply about you all and wish I saw more of you, and until next time, I'll leave you with the video that was attached to the end of the now removed post in question in case you missed it, but mostly because I am still in awe of it (if referencing it three times in that post didn't give me away), but seriously, how do her legs do that?

This is a gentle request that I would read the retracted post.

Also, love you.

I would like to make a violently forceful request to read the retracted post.
